BEEF … it’s what’s for dinner!

Do you know where your beef comes from, what it ate, how it was raised or how fresh it is?  Take the mystery out of your dinner and experience the tender, juicy flavor of our Angus cross-breed cattle.  Our Oklahoma grassfed beef comes from cattle that are 100% pasture raised and finished, no feedlots, antibiotics or growth hormones, on our 100 year old ranch in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Our grassfed beef is dry-aged for at least 10 days before being cut to your exact specifications.   Typical cuts include; 1, 1.5 or 2 inch thick t-bone, rib eye, and sirloin steaks, rump, chuck, and arm roasts, pikes peak roast, brisket, skirt or flank steak, round steak, stew meat, and ground beef.  Cutting orders can also be specifically customized.

Not just because it tastes better, but also because it is better for us, better for the animal and the environment and when purchased in bulk is more economical.

Pasture raised grassfed beef has more Omega-3 fatty acid than feedlot raised beef. Omega-3 plays a role in the prevention of heart disease, cancer and arthritis. Green grass is naturally high in Omega-3 but when cattle are fed grain in high concentrates they loose their source of Omega-3 fatty acid. Natural beef also has up to 50% less total fat than feedlot beef and lean beef that’s 10 percent fat or less can be part of a heart-healthy diet.

Grassfed beef boasts:

  • Less total fat
  • More heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids
  • More conjugated linoleic acid, a type of fat that’s thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks
  • More antioxidant vitamins, such as vitamins A and E
