Order options:

We sell our grassfed beef by the whole, half or quarter side.  One whole beef will average 800 pounds hanging weight*, one half beef will average 400 pounds hanging weight and one-quarter beef will average 200 pounds hanging weight.

Orders should be picked up in Bartlesville, OK.  A pick up date will be arranged upon receipt of your order.

Our pricing is $5.00 per pound for 2023 orders and is inclusive of custom butcher costs.

Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your order as follows:

• $400 for Whole
• $200 for 1/2 or 1/4

*A bit about Hanging weight:

This is the weight that the butcher gives us after the animal has been taken back to the butcher shop to hang. The hanging weight is usually about 30% of the live weight so a 1200 pound animal would have a hanging weight of 840 pounds, a half would be 420 and a quarter would be 210, on average.

Freezer Requirements:

• On the average, 1 cubic foot of freezer space will accommodate 35 to 40 pounds of cut and wrapped meat, slightly less if the meat is packaged in odd shapes.
• One quarter beef will take up about four cubic feet of freezer space, which is about 2 average sized shelves. If you are looking to increase your freezer capacity, check out chest freezers as the most inexpensive to purchase and economical to run.
